Rochmann Homes is managed and run by Mark Foster and employs an experienced group of professional tradesmen working in partnership with a firm of architects, engineers and subcontractors.
The original company has a history spanning more than forty years specializing in main contracting large theatre refurbishment contracts mainly in London. Ten years ago we started to buy and refurbish traditional properties in the Park and West End areas of Glasgow.
Since 2001 the company has successfully completed over thirty high quality conversions and remodeling / refurbishment projects. In almost every situation the finished specification was to an exceptional standard examples of which can be seen elsewhere in this site. The majority of these properties are still in our ownership and forms a part of our rental portfolio.
Since 2006 the company continues to carry out refurbishment projects and has also diversified into developing bespoke one of highly exclusive large luxury private villas.
To date we have completed two developments in Whitecraigs which have both set new standards in terms of accommodation, specification, attention to detail and standard of finish. We can offer either a "turnkey" package or a shell and fit out package depending on your preference. The basic philosophy of our approach to development is to bring European Building ideas and standards together with the most up to date technology and the best materials and finishes to create homes that are individual unique and luxurious.
