Park Gardens was a conversion of another townhouse to form five apartments.
This conversions most stricking feature was the first floor conversion which became a three bedroom duplex and still preserved the original drawing room. Again quality finishes in all areas produced a stunning home and probably one of the best conversions in the park area.
