This project created a 5000sqft contemporary villa over three levels.
Four public rooms including lounge, dining media and day room, feature kitchen and breakfast room. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms.
On the lower ground a spa area with sauna, steam room and shower and deck with hot tub. Double garage, utility, plant room, elec / comms room and wine cellar.
Bespoke joinery throughout including feature steel and glass staircase, Bulthap b3 kitchen, limestone and granite tiling with underfloor heating.
Handmade wooden bath bespoke walk in showers, kohler and hansgrohe sanitaryware.
Digital CCTV and computerised sound system are just some of the features.
