This project created a 8300sqft contemporary villa over four levels.
Four public rooms including lounge, dining media and day room, feature kitchen and breakfast room. Six bedrooms all ensuite and office on the upper floors.
In the lower ground home cinema, kids play room, study, store, utility laundry plant and electric. The new owners utilised what would have been the spa area to create a large kids play room which was more in line with their requirement.
This villa again has bespoke joinery throughout with walnut doors, oak flooring and feature staircase in oak and glass. Bulthap b3 kitchen with gaggenou appliences, sonos portable touch screen room to room sound system and porcelanosa bathrooms are just some of the features that all combined to produce an extremly spacious luxury propery.
